Community Cancellation Policy

Effective Since November 4, 2024

At ZhenXin Reiki, we value our partnerships with social service agencies and other community-focused organizations.

This policy outlines our booking, engagement, and cancellation terms for all services, including group healing sessions, workshops, and community Reiki healing.

Booking Confirmation

Upon service booking, you will receive a confirmation email detailing session specifics, the service location, and practitioner details.

Refund Policy

We strive to offer flexibility to meet the needs of our community partners.

For qualifying service engagements, we offer a full refund under the following conditions:

- Service Cancellation by ZhenXin Reiki: If we need to cancel the service due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be provided.

- Agency-Specified Cancellations (48 Hours' Notice): If you notify us at least 48 hours before the
scheduled service, you are eligible for a full refund.

Service Changes or Cancellations by ZhenXin Reiki

We reserve the right to modify or reschedule services in case of unavoidable circumstances.

In such cases:

- Service Postponement: Fees already paid will apply to the rescheduled session.

- Cancellation without Rescheduling: A full refund will be issued, covering the engagement fee
only.

Non-Transferrable Service Engagement

Bookings are non-transferable to other agencies or individuals.

Only the named organization on the booking form is eligible for the service.

Refund Exceptions

In extraordinary circumstances, ZhenXin Reiki may provide full or partial refunds at our sole discretion.
